Solar Telesales Executive

There will be a training period for 2 months, and the stipend will be Rs After completion of the training period, your actual salary will be decided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Present and promote solar energy solutions to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar packages.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or consultations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with solar products, incentives, and market trends.
- Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service (solar sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good command over English and Hindi Language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
