Solar Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients.
  • Present and promote solar energy solutions to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar packages.
  • Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or consultations.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with solar products, incentives, and market trends.
  • Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service (solar sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good command over English and Hindi Language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
