Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Conversion: Convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and potential upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven telesales experience .
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
