**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to generate interest and close sales.
- Qualify leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, telesales, or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
