We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in property sales and a mandatory 2-wheeler. This role involves client consultations, property presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team to achieve targets and deliver top-notch customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct property showings and site visits, providing an engaging experience for potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored property solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay updated with local real estate trends and competitor activities
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for all transactions
- Meet monthly sales targets and report on performance regularly
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship-building
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Proficiency in local market knowledge
- **2-wheeler (mandatory)**
