**Position**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with our customers. You will help adventure enthusiasts discover and book the perfect trekking experience with Himalaya Shelter.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for travel and adventure, and the ability to connect with clients to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**: Understand the needs of prospective trekkers and recommend suitable treks based on their preferences, fitness levels, and travel goals.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system, tracking leads from inquiry to booking.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and trekking teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer experiences.
- **Market Research**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in adventure tourism, competitor offerings, and potential new sales opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or adventure tourism industry.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Customer-Focused**: A passion for providing excellent customer service and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- **Sales-Driven**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online booking systems.
- **Travel Enthusiast**: Passion for trekking, outdoor activities, and adventure tourism, with a good understanding of Himalayan trekking routes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
