**Position**:Sales Executive

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Location**:Dehradun (On-Site)

**No. of Vacancy**: 2

**Experience**: 2-4 years in Hotel Sales or Workspaces or Real Estate

**Salary**:Salary shall be commensurate with relevant experience, skills and last salary drawn

**Key Responsibility**
- Assist in managing Sales Activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential Clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to showcase properties.
- Assist in negotiating Contracts and Agreements.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
- Prepare proposals
- Facilitate property tours.
- Manage MIS reporting and maintain sales records.
- Engage in Digital Marketing and interactive Client Engagement

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
- Experience: 2-4 years in Sales, Hospitality, or Client-facing roles (preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality)
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Time Management and Organization
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MIS Reporting.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude
