We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
**For Freshers**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
