_**Job Position-Telesales Executive (Fixed Night Shift)**_ **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers, Handling inbound calls & outbound calls, Understand customer need, Solve customers’ query over the phone "Making outbound calls to potential customers and identifying sales opportunities. - Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like Consumer Goods. - Clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively. - Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls. - Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions. - Facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue. - Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure customer needs are met. - 2-3 years of direct telesales experience, Strong understanding of the industry such as Consumer Goods. - Proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - The ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages based on regional requirements - Self-driven and highly motivated - Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided - Provident Fund Schedule: - Night shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) - Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (required) Shift availability: - Night Shift (required) Work Location: In person
