We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven **Telecalling Executives** to join our team on a **performance-based** model. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and converting leads into bookings. This is a **remote work-from-home opportunity**, ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Explain and promote travel packages and services.
- Follow up with interested leads to convert them into bookings.
- Maintain a daily report of calls and conversions.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
- Smartphone and internet connection for remote working.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
