**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing social media campaigns tailored to different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.-
- Create high-quality graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.-
- Produce compelling visual content such as infographics, GIFs, short videos, and other multimedia assets.-
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media design and marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.-
- Optimize designs for various screen sizes and formats to ensure consistency and optimal viewing across different devices.-
- Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets effectively communicate key messages and storytelling.-
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.-
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.-
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.-
- Proven experience atleast 1 in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and creative projects. Crypto experience will be an added advantage-
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.-
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.-
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts.-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.-
- Creativity and innovation with a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.-
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.-
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.-
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is preferred.
