Job Overview 综述:
Responsibilities 职责:

- Responsible for ensuring overall tax compliance matters and oversees the tax administration for India
- Effectively manage the relationship with controllership to ensure income tax returns are properly prepared, timely filed, appropriately documented, and all corporate tax issues are addressed
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of US tax reporting requirement, including general ledger tax account reconciliations, US ASC 740 deferred tax reconciliations for both GAAP differences and book to tax differences, local financial statement provision analysis and return to provision analysis
- Manage day to day operations of the income tax audits including maintaining effective communication with tax authorities
- Manage multiple deadlines with internal personnel and external advisors where necessary.
- Oversee Indirect Tax filing processes and provide technical support to accounting teams where necessary
- Assist HQ Transfer Pricing team to prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and assessment on TPA to ensure local compliance
- Strategize and implement global tax strategy and partners with internal stakeholders to optimize tax strategies in the context of business objectives
- Conduct thorough research on tax laws, regulations, and court rulings to develop effective conveyance of the tax position.
- Occasional cross states business trip is expected on needed basis.

Qualifications 要求:

- Experience in responding to requests from tax jurisdictions in regard to assessment and queries and managing tax controversy matters to completion
- Exceptional project management skills including ability to prioritize competing tasks and to synthesize complex tax matters into simple, concise communications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing on technical accounting and taxation issues
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time efficiently, and make decisions in a timely manner and under pressure
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

**Required Education / Years’ Experience**
- BA in Accounting, Law, Finance, or equivalent
- Qualified Tax Accountant, Certified Public Accountancy certification and/or advanced degree in tax, or local country equivalent
- Minimum of 8-years corporate tax experience in multinational companies or Big-4 accounting firm
