The role is for India's leading Car rental & logistics company:Location - HyderabadSalary-8-12 lpaRole OverviewAs the Corporate Sales profile, the primary responsibility will be to acquire new corporate clients, build strategic partnerships, and manage key accounts to drive revenue growth. The role involves positioning services as the preferred premium mobility solution for businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts in sectors such as IT, Pharma, Finance, Law, Luxury Hospitality, Aviation, and Event managementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, travel managers, and executive assistantsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsPrepare proposals, pricing packages, and service presentations for potential clientsMonitor competitor activity, industry trends, and client feedback to continuously enhance offeringsWork closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer service teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service deliveryMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM toolsReport on performance metrics regularly to senior leadershipMandatory RequirementsMinimum 4-6 years of Corporate Sales experienceB2B sales experience, preferably from mobility services, automotive, luxury travel, logistics, or hospitalityStrong network within the corporate and enterprise segmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to pipeline development and client engagementProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
