**Job Title: Food Recipe Execution Interns**

**Location: Farmdidi, Manjari, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking skilled and innovative Food professionals who can help in execution of recipes on ground level in rural kitchens. Someone who is passionate to work in rural India development, someone who can get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand recipe execution process and train our didis in executing the recipes
- Conduct work in rural village settings, including inspection, modification as per advice, and training.
- Make recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or modify current equipment or processes.
- Demonstrate strong recipe replication capabilities with analytical backing.
- Review methods to improve the quality of new food products during mass production.
- Troubleshoot new or modified production processes to resolve production, quality, and regulatory compliance issues.
- Propose process control, sampling, and monitoring points and related performance requirements to achieve critical material attributes of final products.

Qualifications:

- Freshers
- Bachelors / Masters in Agriculture / Food / Hospitality / Catering / Chemistry / BioScience / Chemistry / Mathematics / Physics / Computers
- Fluency in Marathi is good to have

Working Days and Hours:

- Monday-Saturday
- 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
- Would be required to travel frequently in villages for audits and checks

Compensation:

- Stipend: ₹8000 per month
- Travel Incentives provided

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
