We're on a mission to provide you with the finest pickles and chutneys, crafted with love at the farmgate by talented rural women. We are creating traceability of the supply chain and helping rural women become entrepreneurs.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Rockstar who can hustle, is entrepreneurial in nature, and has a passion for building their career in the field of Marketing and D2C. Someone who is passionate about rural India development. A love for food and travelling would also be great

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Create content that will capture maximum customer interest.
- Content Writing & Reviewing: Write and review content for websites, social media pages, and public communications.
- SEO Optimization: Optimise content for search engines to increase site traffic.
- Traffic Monitoring: Measure and monitor company website and social media traffic statistics.
- Content Impact Analysis: Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve traffic metrics.
- Brainstorming: Suggest new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
- Compliance: Ensure that content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
- Consistency: Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
- Customer Needs: Identify customer needs in relation to the company and write content to cater to those needs.
- Updates: Periodically update the website, social media, and content pages.
- Research: Conduct research on key SEO terms and incorporate them into content to achieve maximum viewership.
- Fresher or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (B.Tech, B.A, M.A, BBA, MBA).
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of Marketing and Social Media.
- Experience in Marketing and Social Media is good to have but not mandatory.
- Ability to take ownership of the work.
- Curiosity to investigate and solve problems.
