We are looking for an experienced Senior Cook to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with strong skills in continental and fast food menus. You will ensure the highest quality of food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and mentor junior staff while consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present continental and fast food dishes with consistency and attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Handle both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management, food storage, and minimizing waste.
  • Assist in planning menus, developing new recipes, and introducing seasonal or trending dishes.
  • Lead, train, and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
  • Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor portion sizes, control food costs, and maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with management to implement kitchen best practices and ensure customer satisfaction.
