**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, rotis, and chutneys.
- Use traditional cooking techniques and authentic ingredients to maintain taste and quality.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to recipes and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in menu development, including specials and seasonal dishes.
- Adapt dishes to accommodate customer dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow portion control and waste management protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Cook or similar role in a commercial kitchen.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian culinary traditions and spices.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, especially tandoor ovens and pressure cookers.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Culinary school certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
