**Job Description**:
Seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, and curries, ensuring high quality and taste consistency. Responsibilities include recipe execution, ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to meet customer demands efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge: Familiarity with South Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, ensuring authenticity in dish preparation.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust recipes and cooking methods based on customer preferences and kitchen requirements.
