**Product Development**: Create, test, and improve food products, recipes, and formulations.
- **Quality Control & Assurance**: Monitor production to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- **Research & Innovation**: Work on developing healthier, cost-effective, and sustainable food products.
- **Shelf-life Testing**: Analyze food stability, preservation, and packaging requirements.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene**: Implement safety protocols and maintain proper storage and handling practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all products meet government and industry standards.
- **Sensory Evaluation**: Conduct taste tests and consumer trials to refine food quality.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare reports, specifications, and labels for food products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with R&D, production, marketing, and quality teams.

**Qualifications Required**
- **Educational Background**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or allied disciplines.
- **Skills Needed**:

- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and nutrition.
- Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Laboratory testing and product development experience.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- **Additional Certifications (preferred)**:

- HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, or FSSAI certification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
