As a **Career Advisor** **at Skyline Career**, you will serve as the first point of contact for job seekers. Your role is to guide, support, and connect individuals to the right career opportunities by understanding their skills, goals, and potential. You’ll play a key part in helping them take confident steps toward their future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with job seekers to understand their career goals and skillsets.
- Suggest suitable roles based on qualifications, experience, and interests.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant recruiters or hiring teams.
- Offer basic career counseling, confidence-building tips, and job market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive in helping others.
- Basic understanding of job roles across industries is a plus.
