We're Hiring Join our team as a Career Advisor Executive (CAE) - RPO Model

We're looking for a Career Advisor Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving our growth within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Model.

What You'll Do:

- Generate and manage new leads,Pitching our unique service offerings to potential clients.
- Collaboration with our team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Actively market our services on social media, and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Onboard and nurture new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long term relationships.

What we're Looking for:
✔ Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

✔ Understanding of U.S. Geography and culture.

✔ Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. Clients.

✔ A " get it done " attitude with a focus on results.

✔ Creative, our of the box thinking and a self starter mentality.

✔A bachelor's or master's degree in sales, Marketing, or Business Development is highly Preferred.

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
