**About Us**

We’re excited to welcome a motivated **Career Advisor** to our Bench Sales Recruitment team — and we encourage enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others to apply, **regardless of formal educational background**.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Career Advisor, you’ll support consultants who are currently “on the bench” (between assignments) by guiding, engaging, and positioning them for their next opportunity through close collaboration with our internal sales and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build strong relationships with bench consultants through regular check-ins and career conversations.
- Understand each consultant’s skills, experience, availability, and career goals.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date profiles of all bench talent in our internal systems (ATS/CRM).
- Assist consultants with resume updates, interview preparation, and professional development tips.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team to match available talent with client requirements.
- Track and report basic bench metrics (e.g., availability dates, skill sets, placement status).

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Freshers are encouraged to apply** No prior work experience required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi (verbal & written).
- Confident, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes, bench management, and client coordination.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Any prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or customer service is a plus—but not necessary_
