**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess clients’ skills, interests, and experience to guide job placement.
- Assist in resume development, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment opportunities.
- Support job seekers in navigating career transitions and growth.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and career development events.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up through ATS or CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in career advising, HR, recruitment, or counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with job search platforms and resume-building tools.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with staffing/recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of international job markets (especially for global clients).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:
