Job Description:
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills to meet sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline. Key responsibilities
- **Partner acquisition and onboarding**: Identify, vet, and onboard new channel partners (e.g., brokers, agents) to expand the partner network.
- **Relationship management**: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- **Sales and lead generation**: Coordinate with partners to generate consistent, quality leads and actively participate in closing deals.
- **Training and communication**: Conduct regular trainings and provide partners with essential updates on products, pricing, and marketing plans.
- **Performance monitoring**: Track partner performance, provide necessary support, and ensure they meet sales targets.
- **Market analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to help position products effectively.
- **Internal collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, client servicing, and support.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all channel partner activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations (like RERA).

Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and channel management experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships.
- A results-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the industry (e.g., real estate) and local market is often preferred.
- Willingness to travel may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
