Export Administrator

**Summary / Role Purpose**
- The position is responsible for providing first level export control support to users of the Ansys Innovation Course Marketplace and other high volume Ansys offerings. The position will perform preliminary review of users’ accounts that have been flagged by the Ansys Export screening tools to ensure compliance with relevant trade laws and relevant Ansys policies._

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for initial review of AIC Marketplace accounts, as well as accounts associated with other high volume Ansys offerings, flagged as a potential match against worldwide sanction lists
- Escalate confirmed/suspected positive matches within the Export Team
- Assist users with Marketplace and other high volume Ansys offering accessibility issues related to export screening results
- Remove holds on confirmed false positive match results
- Assist with related data cleanup initiatives
- Support export issues relating to ecommerce initiatives
- Other responsibilities as indicated by management.

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- Some post-secondary education
- Proven track record of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable escalating issues and intuition to do so appropriately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word
- Use intuition and confirmed resources to identify potential export compliance issues

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience with Amber Road (or other trade compliance system)
- Healthy sense of skepticism when reviewing documentation
- Completion of a post-secondary education program
