**Import-Export Compliance Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Import-Export Compliance Executive** to join our dynamic Purchase & Logistics team. This role involves managing end-to-end documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting domestic and international logistics operations. You will also assist in legal and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant logistics and procurement processes..

**Location**: Dighi, Pune

**Number of Positions**: 01 Only.

**Salary Range**:15,000 To 20,000 In-hand Per month +PF+ESIC (CTC-2.5 LPA - 3LPA)

**Required Qualifications**:

- BBA / MBA in International Business
- OR B. Com with relevant experience in logistics or compliance

**Experience**:Freshers to 2 years** of experience in logistics operations or trade compliance.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with **INCOTERMS** and **international shipping documentation**.
- Understanding of **logistics and supply chain** fundamentals.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, trade compliance, and export-import procedures.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Communication & Coordination**
- Liaise with internal teams (Purchase, Logistics) and external vendors for seamless logistics operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely deliveries and updates.

**2. Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to import-export shipments, certifications, and customs compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all logistics-related compliance documents.

**3.** **Legal & Administrative Support**
- Maintain and organize regulatory documents required for logistics and procurement audits.
- Assist in legal documentation and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

**4. Purchase Support**
- Support the Purchase team with order processing, tracking, and vendor communication.
- Monitor and update delivery timelines, ensuring timely follow-ups with vendors.
