Job Title: Import Export Executive

Location: Khed City, Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective import of raw materials and components, including GIS components and other switchgear parts
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, including duty payments and tax exemptions
- Manage export operations, including preparation of export documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with export regulations
- Monitor and track shipments, including ocean and air freight, to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays
- Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including documentation, shipping schedules, and customs clearance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth import and export operations

**Requirements**:

- 3-7 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and logistics management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Graduate degree in any field, with relevant certifications or training in import and export operations preferred
