The **Export-Import Executive** will oversee and manage all documentation and coordination activities related to international trade, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining records, and optimizing logistics. This role requires expertise in export-import procedures, negotiation skills, and attention to details.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Export/Import Documentation:

- **Prepare and process export and import documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
**- Negotiation of Freight Rates and Taxes:

- **Coordinate with multiple shipping agents to negotiate better rates and plan shipments efficiently.
**- Logistics Coordination:

- **Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers to manage logistics and ensure smooth shipment operations
**- Record Maintenance:

- **Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including shipping documents and correspondence.
**- Handling Import Activities:

- **Track import shipments and documentation until the goods are received at the factory.

- Bank Documentation:

- **Submit export-related documents to banks for closure and compliance.
**- Generating BRCs:

- **Generate Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) for export shipments.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.**:

- **2+ years of experience in export-import documentation and logistics coordination.**:

- **Strong negotiation and communication skills.**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP systems.**:

- **Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.**
