Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing the day-to-day export operations proactively

2. Coordinate with customs, regulatory authorities, and other relevant officers to ensure seamless clearance of goods. Address any compliance issues promptly and maintain good relationships with officials to streamline export processes.

3. Developing and managing the supply chain for efficient operation.

4. Ensure smooth communication with the purchase and logistics teams to facilitate timely procurement and dispatch of goods for export, managing schedules and tracking shipments.

5. Prepare all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specific documents required by importing countries. Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

6. Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights into key operational metrics

7. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

9. Plan and schedule dispatch activities to ensure timely product shipments.

10. Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to streamline the dispatch process.

11. Implement routing and scheduling strategies to optimize delivery routes.

12. Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records. Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

13. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.

15. Supervise and lead teams involved in logistics, production planning, and inventory management.

16. Stay updated on relevant export laws and trade agreements, ensuring all activities adhere to the regulations of exporting and importing countries.

17. Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.

Skills Required
- Master of Business Administration
- Minimum 1+ Years of Experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
- Good Computer Skills including knowledge of Excel and Google Forms
- Flexible and able to perform despite of tight scheduled
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Must take initiative to complete task assigned

**Salary**: ₹1,80,000.00 - ₹3,60,000.00 per year
