Logistics and Administrative Associate

Efficiently generate sales and purchase orders (SOPO) to support the Sales team
Coordinate with internal teams to place orders aligned with business requirements
Resolve issues related to purchase orders for seamless shipments
Create standard reports on open and closed orders, monitor inventory availability, and post transactions on SAP
Manage documentation retention for all commercial documents related to shipments
Follow up promptly on missing documents from vendors to prevent logistics delays
Process Goods Receipt of third-party invoices in SAP and verify commercial invoices per US Customs entries
Plan and execute export operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide logistics support, interacting with internal departments, overseas offices, customers, and suppliers
Coordinate vessel bookings, update SAP and other systems, and oversee various service teams for operational efficiency B) Facility Management (40%):
Support administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings
Assist in maintaining office records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Manage office supplies and equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
Facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders
Assist in organizing events, travel arrangements, and other logístical aspects
Uphold office protocols, including security measures and confidentiality standards
Collaborate with teams to enhance overall office efficiency and workflow Requirements:
3 to 6 years of experience in international logistics and export/import
Background in facility management or office administration would be an added advantage
Exposure to SAP Business One (SAP B1) would be preferred
