**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
- Address any guest concerns, complaints, or special requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanour in stressful situations to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Reservations & Seating**:

- Oversee and manage restaurant reservations, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.
- Monitor the reservation system to ensure accurate bookings, cancellations, and special requests are communicated to the team.
- Assist in managing walk-in guests and ensuring smooth transitions between waiting and dining.

**Guest Feedback & Complaints**:

- Proactively seek feedback from guests about their dining experience.
- Record and report any guest complaints or suggestions to management and ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Ensure all feedback is addressed constructively to improve guest satisfaction.

**VIP & Special Guest Handling**:

- Identify and provide personalized attention to VIP guests, frequent visitors, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to accommodate any special requests or dietary preferences.

**Collaboration with Staff**:

- Work closely with restaurant management, front-of-house, and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in training new front-of-house staff on guest relations procedures and best practices.

**Ambiance & Environment**:

- Ensure the restaurant’s ambiance remains inviting and comfortable for all guests.
- Address any issues that could affect the guest experience (e.g., noise, cleanliness, temperature).

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences and special requests, for future reference.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to guest satisfaction and service quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
