Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals, leveraging your expertise to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve key business goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine and enhance campaign elements, including ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Knowledge of SEO and its interplay with paid search strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
