Currently, we're looking for an all-around marketing expert to join us as a **Revenue Sharing Partner**. If you're a highly motivated and experienced marketer with a proven track record of generating and managing clients, this is the opportunity for you to build and scale an agency with no upfront investment.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Marketing Agency Partner**, you will be responsible for:

- **Execution & Management**: Oversee the delivery of our services to clients, ensuring quality and consistency. While you handle client management and execution, the agency owner will focus on the strategic direction.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in all aspects of running a marketing agency (Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, Branding, etc.).
- Strong sales background with a history of generating leads and closing deals.
- Ability to independently manage projects and clients.
- Comfortable working on a **50/50 profit-sharing model** with no salary (earn based on performance).
- A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, remote work environment.
