We are a company that makes **FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic)** products. These are strong, long-lasting, and lightweight materials used in **construction, infrastructure, and many other industries**. Their products are used by builders, shop owners, and even on Government projects. The company is known for **quality, fast service, and fair pricing**.
Our team includes smart engineers and technical people who ensure every product is top quality and meets safety standards. Now, we are expanding, and they’re looking for a passionate person to join their team and help grow the business further.
**About the Role**
They are looking for a **Sales and Marketing Executive** who will help spread the word about our products, bring in new clients, keep existing customers happy, and help the company grow faster.
You’ll be the **face of the company** - meeting clients, understanding their needs, explaining how we are products can help them, and guiding them through the sales process. You’ll work closely with the **founders**, which means you'll learn directly from the top leadership and get to share your ideas openly.
**Your Day-to-Day Work Will Include**:
**1. Finding New Customers**:
- Use platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, industry events, and our contact database to find potential clients.
- Call and message them, set up meetings, and introduce us and its products.
**2. Selling the Products**:
- Understand what the client needs and suggest the right product.
- Go with the team for meetings when needed and help close big deals.
- Work towards hitting monthly sales goals and targets.
**3. Marketing and Promotions**:
- Work with the marketing team to run social media campaigns, product promotions, and participate in events.
- Help in creating awareness about Company in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
**4. Keeping Customers Happy**:
- Build good relationships with clients.
- Keep in touch regularly, ask for feedback, and offer other products they may need in the future.
**5. Learning and Improving**:
- Stay updated about FRP products, new trends, pricing, and client feedback.
- Share weekly or monthly reports - what’s working, what clients are saying, and what can be improved.
- Join training sessions and team meetings to keep getting better at your work.
**6. Thinking Like a Business Owner**:
- This is not just a normal 9-to-5 job. The company expects you to think like a business partner - bring your ideas, think creatively, and speak up.

- Have some experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling (bonus if it’s in construction or infrastructure).
**Good to Have (Not Must-Have)**:
- Know your local area well.
- Speak more than one language.
- Have worked in a construction or government-related business before.
- Have a degree in marketing or business (preferred, but not required).
