We are looking for a proactive and target-driven **IT Business Sales Executive** to promote and sell digital marketing campaigns tailored for IT companies. The role involves identifying potential IT clients, understanding their marketing needs, and offering customized solutions such as Google Ads, PPC, and paid media campaigns to drive their business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads within the IT industry for digital marketing campaigns.
- Present and sell digital marketing solutions including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and paid social campaigns.
- Understand client business objectives and tailor campaign proposals accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with campaign and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the IT sector.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT sales or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand IT client requirements and recommend effective marketing campaigns.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience selling to IT companies, SaaS providers, or tech startups.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology.
