Position: Business Development Executive – IT Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, CRM, and AI/Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Services or Software Sales (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development services, digital transformation, or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
