Position: Business Development Executive – IT Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, CRM, and AI/Cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Services or Software Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development services, digital transformation, or cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
