**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve products/services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and business growth.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist customers in the onboarding process, providing product demos and guiding them through service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and account health.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and customer service platforms.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns in a calm and efficient manner.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in customer retention and relationship-building strategies.
- Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and handle a variety of situations.
