**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Learn any CRM software according to the requirements.
Always open to learning new skills based on requirements.
Documentation, research, and understanding of AI tools.
Manage administrative records, files, and databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
Requirement:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP).
Document creation and management.
Presentation creation and delivery.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to learn new tools and software as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,311.21 - ₹20,675.54 per month
