CRM Architect

**Position Title**: CRM Architect with Power Platform

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Hyderabad or Kolkata (Hybrid)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Architecture and Design**:

- Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions leveraging **Microsoft Dynamics 365** and **Power Platform**.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
- **Power Platform Expertise**:

- Build and deploy custom solutions using **Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)**.
- Design dashboards and reports in **Power BI** to deliver actionable insights.
- **CRM Customization and Implementation**:

- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities using plugins, workflows, and custom development.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- **Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Act as a technical advisor and mentor for development teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for CRM and Power Platform development.
- **Integration and Data Management**:

- Design and implement data integration solutions using **Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, and API connectors**.
- Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity between CRM and external systems.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Professional Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 4+ years in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** and **Power Platform**.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Hands-on experience with **Power Apps**, **Power Automate**, **Power BI**, and **Dataverse**.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, integrations, and customizations.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure technologies, such as Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
- Strong understanding of data models, Dataverse, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards for CRM and Power Platform solutions.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft certifications such as **Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert**, **Power Platform Architect Expert**, or related certifications.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Knowledge of AI Builder and advanced automation in Power Platform.

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
