We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM & CDP Marketing Cloud Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing solutions leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver data-driven campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect and implement robust data integrations** between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external data sources (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- **Design and implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy** to unify customer data across all touchpoints and create a single source of truth for customer insights.
- **Develop and maintain custom integrations and APIs** to connect Salesforce with other marketing and business systems.
- **Provide technical guidance and support** to marketing teams on the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technologies.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues** related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrations.
- **Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.**:

- **Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing automation best practices and standards.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to ensure successful project delivery and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)** and its integration with Marketing Cloud.
- **Experience with implementing and managing a Customer Data Platform (CDP)**, including data ingestion, transformation, and activation.
- **Strong understanding of data integration principles and best practices.**:

- **Experience with API development and integration** (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
