Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator to lead the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of our Salesforce platform.

The role requires a deep understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and automation within Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform reliability, data integrity, and seamless system integrations while driving user adoption and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. CRM Configuration & Customization :

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation processes to meet evolving business requirements.

- Implement scalable solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business workflows.

- Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain secure and efficient user access.

- Develop and deploy Lightning Apps, dashboards, and reports tailored to sales, marketing, and operations teams.

2. System Administration & Maintenance :

- Perform regular system audits, monitor performance, and ensure platform stability.

- Manage user onboarding, license allocation, and deactivation processes.

- Coordinate with Salesforce Support and vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and patch deployments.

- Maintain documentation for all system configurations, updates, and customizations.

3. Data Management & Governance :

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM data through periodic reviews, cleansing, and deduplication.

- Implement data validation rules and enforce data entry best practices.

- Manage data imports, exports, and migrations using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance standards and applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).

4. Automation, Integration & Analytics :

- Design and manage automation solutions using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex (basic scripting exposure preferred).

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g., marketing automation tools, ERP, analytics platforms) via APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato).

- Build advanced reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.

5. User Enablement & Continuous Improvement :

- Conduct user training sessions and develop user guides to enhance adoption and effective CRM usage.

- Gather feedback from business users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.

- Drive CRM optimization projects aligned with sales and customer experience objectives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Educational Background :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience :

years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration.

- Experience managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Strong command of Salesforce setup, Flow automation, and permission/security management.

- Proficiency with Data Loader, SOQL queries, and API integrations.

- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.

- Understanding of data modeling, role hierarchy, and sharing architecture.

- Knowledge of marketing integrations (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
