**Shift Management**:

- Supervise and monitor DBF team operations during assigned shift.
- Ensure timely start and end of shift activities.
- Maintain shift roster and ensure optimal manpower deployment.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee picking, sorting, scanning, and packing of customer orders.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Resolve inventory mismatches or missing items promptly.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise DEOs (Data Entry Operators), pickers, packers, and loaders.
- Monitor productivity and provide on-the-spot training when needed.
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Coordinate with inventory team to maintain stock accuracy.
- Participate in daily cycle count, bin audits, and stock reconciliations.
- Report damaged or near-expiry stock to the concerned department.
- **System Handling**:

- Operate WMS (Warehouse Management System) for DBF operations.
- Ensure timely order status updates and documentation.
- Generate shift performance and process completion reports.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Transport teams for seamless operations.
- Communicate regularly with HO/Client teams regarding TAT, issues, or delays.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the work area.
- Conduct tool box talks and safety briefings regularly.
- Report any accidents or violations immediately to higher authority.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain shift-wise reports (order count, delays, rejections, returns, etc.).
- Submit daily performance reports to the operations manager.
- Document non-conformance and suggest corrective actions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and SAP
- Leadership and team management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with Advance Excel and basic reporting tools

Pay: ₹18,328.00 - ₹20,328.00 per month
