Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Shift Supervisor
to oversee production operations in our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, managing a team of workers, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
  • Monitor worker performance and provide guidance when needed.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain reports on productivity, attendance, and incidents.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    3-5 years
    in a supervisory role in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Education:
    Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards.
