  1. Regular Work:

Minutely inspect the on-site erection and installation of pre-engineered building components.

Discuss Next day plans with erector supervisor and execute them as discussed.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Lead the construction team in daily tasks and coordinate workflow.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Collaborate with project managers and design teams to clarify project requirements on time.

Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools available with erection contractor. If any specific tool is required then it has to be kept in scope of erector.

Document daily activities, including progress reports and quality control measures.

  1. Regular Event Work:

Event Work Responsibilities:

Plan and execute key construction milestones according to project timelines already issued to the clients.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct safety briefings and training sessions as part of project events on daily basis.

Monitor and manage resource allocation during critical project phases.

Communicate project milestones to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Conduct regular meetings with client for updating of milestone and his requirements.

Address any challenges or deviations from the project plan promptly.

  1. Managerial Work:

Managerial Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the on-site construction team, providing guidance and support.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the construction team.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and goals.

Provide performance feedback to team members and address any issues.

Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of construction personnel.

Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.

To look after overall activities of other ongoing projects on nearby sites allocated to them and guide junior engineers for proper execution.

  1. Other Work:

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with health and safety professionals to enforce and improve site safety.

Stay updated on industry best practices, codes and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation for client handover.

Participate in cross-functional meetings with design, engineering, and project management teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or construction related issues.

Contribute to the development and improvement of construction processes.

  • Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by project managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
