We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure great customer experience. You will work closely with the team to maintain quality, service, and smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Shift Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations during the shift to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor food preparation, pizza quality, and service speed.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

**2. Staff Supervision & Training**
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on the shift plan.
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support the RM in training new staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety.

**3. Customer Experience**
- Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming environment.
- Promote upselling and ensure guests have a great experience.

**4. Inventory & Cash Handling**
- Monitor inventory usage during the shift and report shortages to RM.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and mínimal wastage.
- Handle cash and POS operations accurately at shift start/end.

**5. Compliance & Safety**
- Enforce hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
- Ensure staff follow proper grooming and safety procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues to RM promptly.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
