Tibbs Franky is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the store's operations during your shift, ensuring that all activities run smoothly, and providing leadership to the team. You will assist with day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and organized environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Supervision & Support**:
Supervise and support the store team during your shift, ensuring that all employees are performing their tasks efficiently and adhering to company policies. Provide guidance and training to staff when needed.

**Customer Service Management**:
Ensure that customers receive excellent service at all times. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, handling any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

**Operational Efficiency**:
Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, including stock organization, cash handling, inventory management, and order processing. Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.

**Staff Scheduling & Shift Management**:
Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during your shift. Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, and manage breaks and time off efficiently.

**Training & Development**:
Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Tibbs Franky's standards. Take necessary actions to maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.

**Sales & Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor daily sales and performance metrics. Support the team in meeting sales goals and enhancing store profitability through effective product promotions and customer engagement.

**Reporting & Documentation**:
Prepare shift-end reports on inventory, sales, and any operational issues. Provide feedback to the Store Manager on team performance and any challenges faced during your shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,721.77 - ₹33,788.03 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
