need someone with very strong PET 2 stage experience on Sidel. someone working at Coke/Pepsi bottle. Expected to work on machines and also work on shifts.

**Need someone with experience on ISBM machines and / or experience on Sidel lines.**

We are seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to join our Pet department. The Shift Leader will play a pivotal role in both overseeing & assisting in the daily operations of, ensuring safety, quality & efficiency.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production personnel.
- Monitor production plans and prioritise labour to meet production targets.
- Ensure SOP’s & internal processes are being followed.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Monitor machinery and processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to production or product quality.
- Participate in routine quality inspections and basic maintenance tasks to support machine performance.
- Implement adjustments to maintain and enhance product quality standards.
- Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Work closely with the production manager/coordinator to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist with Implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and processes.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
