BR01 Fastfood is a popular roadside food cart in Gardanibagh, Patna, serving fast food favorites to local customers. We are looking for a skilled and responsible **Chef** who can handle **complete cooking and cart management** independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items (rolls, burgers, noodles, etc.)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the cart at all times
- Manage raw material stock and coordinate for daily supplies
- Handle customer orders efficiently and politely
- Ensure timely service during peak hours
- Keep basic records of daily sales and stock (if needed)

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cooking or working at a food stall/restaurant is preferred
- Should be honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to manage the cart independently
- Must be comfortable with long working hours
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
