**About Company (Redbrick Retail Private Limited)**

This company is a food-tech startup based in Patna. It was founded in the year 2019 with a vision to make a set of leading home grown food & beverage brands. With more than 10 units and two brands the company is currently involved in operations across three states i.e. Bihar, Karnataka & Uttar Pradesh. Cafe Hideout & Biryani Grills are two F&B brands which are present on streets and serve the guests. Both the brands work on hybrid models serving online as well as offline customers. Currently the company serves more than one lakh customers every month and the count is growing on a monthly basis.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hotel Management
- Diploma in Hotel Management

**Resonsibilties**

Handling Jobs & Responsibilities as:

- Overall Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Schedules and coordinates the work of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is economical, technically correct and within budgeted labor cost etc.
- Managed day-to-day operations of the kitchen in an institutional environment
- Well versed in handling food inventory and ordering supplies.
- Developed menus, pricing, and special food offerings to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Instructed new staff in proper food preparation.
- Willingness to work with us for Minimum 1 yr.

**Experience**
- Experience Should be 2 yrs+ as Head chef.
- Hands should be good on Indian, Chinese, Continental & Tandoor (Non - Veg) Cuisine.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.98 per month
