- We are BYKOLOGY and we’ve been manufacturing top of the line aftermarket accessories for Superbikes here in SAS NAGAR (MOHALI), PB since 2016.

We love bikes and we are passionate about creating innovative designs. From products like custom handlebars to match the persona of the rider to crash guards and sump protectors for overall safety of the machine and the rider.

We pride ourselves on our dedication to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our support team. If you are someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping customers have a great experience—this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary

Handle post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Problem-solving attitude and patience

Ability to work as part of a team

Freshers are welcome - training will be provided
