**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inquiries from potential clients.
- Pitch products/services effectively and handle objections confidently.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales and client interaction data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and grow existing business accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with key accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance, reporting to the management team.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in a KPO/BPO sales voice process is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
